User Content & Prompts:
- Text prompts entered for AI image, video, music, and voice generation.
- Custom lyrics, musical tags, and style descriptors entered in Music Studio.
- Images selected via the system Photo Picker for image-to-image or image-to-video features.
- Chat messages exchanged with AI assistant models.
Generated Media & Device Storage:
- Generated images, videos, voice clips, and audio tracks are saved locally in your device gallery storage.
Technical & Telemetry Data:
- Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) tokens to deliver background completion notifications.
- Anonymized Device Identifier (Android ID / IDFV) and purchase tokens to verify Google Play subscriptions and enforce multi-device fair use limits (maximum 2 active devices per subscription).
- Device identifiers and advertising ID (AAID) used by Google AdMob for ad delivery and reward validation.
- Anonymized product telemetry and event metrics collected via PostHog Analytics and Google Analytics.
- Diagnostic crash logs and stack traces captured via Firebase Crashlytics to guarantee stability.
3. How We Use Information
- To generate and process AI images, videos, music tracks, voice synthesis, and chat responses.
- To maintain your local creation history and manage credit balances.
- To display ads and award non-skippable rewarded video credits (1 Ad = 1 Credit) via Google AdMob.
- To process, authenticate, and enforce device licensing limits for subscriptions via Google Play Billing.
- To send push alerts when long-running video or music generations are ready.
4. Third-Party Service Providers & Data Sharing
We share minimal required data with trusted service providers strictly to deliver our app features:
- Cloud AI Generation Infrastructure: Prompts, lyrics, and selected images are transmitted securely to enterprise AI inference clusters. Personal identifiers and account credentials are NEVER sent to AI model endpoints.
- Google AdMob & Certified Ad Networks: Processes device identifiers and advertising IDs to deliver personalized and rewarded video ads.
- PostHog & Google Analytics / Crashlytics: Collects aggregated, non-personally identifiable diagnostic events and crash reports.
- Google Play Billing: Handles in-app purchase transactions and subscription management.
5. Data Storage, Security & Retention
- Encryption: All client-to-server data communications use mandatory TLS/HTTPS encryption.
- Local Storage: Your media history is stored on your device. Uninstalling the app purges local database files.
- Security Tokens: Sensitive credentials and auth tokens are encrypted on-device via native secure hardware keystores (FlutterSecureStorage).
- No Sale of Data: We do NOT sell, rent, or monetize your personal information to data brokers or third parties.
6. Permissions Requested
- Photo Picker / Media Access: Uses the native Android Photo Picker to allow you to choose specific reference images without granting broad access to your entire photo library.
- Notifications: Used solely to alert you when background video or music generations complete.
- Network Access: Required to communicate with cloud AI generation engines and sync subscription status.
7. Your Privacy Rights (GDPR, CCPA, DPDP)
Depending on your region, you hold rights to:
- Access, export, or delete your generation history directly from the in-app Gallery.
- Opt out of personalized advertising via your device operating system settings (Google Settings > Ads).
- Request account and server-associated data deletion by contacting us or visiting our Data Deletion page.
- Cancel subscriptions anytime directly through Google Play Store > Subscriptions.
8. Children's Privacy
LEHAR AI is not directed to children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a minor has submitted personal information, please contact us for immediate removal.
