• Text prompts and input descriptions entered for AI image, video, music, and voice generation
• Reference images or photos uploaded for image-to-image or image-to-video features
• Chat messages and interactions sent to AI assistants

Generated Content & Local Storage:

• AI-generated images, videos, audio, and generation history are stored securely on your local device

Device & Network Identifiers:

• Device model, operating system, app version, language, and unique Android/Device IDs
• Google Advertising Identifier (AAID / com.google.android.gms.permission.AD_ID) used for ad serving and performance analytics
• Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) push tokens used to notify you when generation tasks complete

Analytics & Performance Data:

• Anonymized feature usage, screen views, session duration, app performance metrics, and stack traces on app crashes

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information for the following specific purposes:

• Core Functionality: Processing your requests to generate AI images, videos, music, and voice content.
• Push Notifications: Delivering notifications via Firebase Cloud Messaging when background generation jobs complete.
• Ad Serving & Optimization: Displaying personalized or contextual ads via Google AdMob and its mediation partners.
• Analytics & Improvement: Analyzing app usage, performance, and crash logs to diagnose bugs and improve app reliability.
• In-App Purchases & Billing: Validating subscription statuses and processing purchases through Google Play or Huawei IAP.

4. Third-Party Services & Data Sharing

To provide high-quality features, we partner with trusted third-party SDKs and service providers:

Google AdMob & Mediation Partners (Meta, AppLovin, InMobi):

• Uses Google Advertising ID (AAID) and device information to display, target, and measure advertisement performance.

Google Analytics for Firebase & Firebase Crashlytics:

• Collects anonymized app interaction data, crash logs, and stack traces to monitor app stability and user engagement.

PostHog Analytics:

• Provides product interaction analytics and feature flag evaluation. Sensitive text inputs and privacy-critical screens are masked during session interaction recording.

Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM):

• Stores anonymized FCM registration tokens to deliver status push notifications.

AI Service Providers:

• Prompts and uploaded images are processed securely by external AI models to generate requested media. Personal identifiers are never sent to AI generation APIs.

Google Play Services / Huawei IAP:

• Handles secure processing of subscriptions, in-app purchases, and play integrity verification.

5. Data Storage, Security & Retention

Security & Encryption:

• All network communications with backend services use secure HTTPS/SSL transport encryption.
• Sensitive keys and authorization credentials on the device are stored using flutter_secure_storage (Android EncryptedSharedPreferences / iOS Keychain).

Data Retention & Deletion:

• Generation history remains on your local device unless cleared manually.
• Uninstalling the app purges all locally stored media and preferences. You can also request complete data deletion at https://laharai.web.app/data-deletion.html.

6. Permissions We Request

• Photo Library / Storage: Save generated videos and images to your gallery and upload reference photos.
• Notifications: Send push notifications when background AI video/music generation finishes.
• Internet & Network State: Communicate with backend API endpoints and AI engines.
• Billing: Process in-app purchases and subscriptions securely through official store platforms.

7. What We Do NOT Collect

• We do NOT collect precise GPS location data.
• We do NOT access your contacts, calendar, or social graph.
• We do NOT store or record raw microphone audio (voice generation utilizes text-to-speech).
• We do NOT sell your personal data to third parties.

8. Children's Privacy

Lehar AI is not directed to children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, we will take immediate steps to delete it.

9. Your Rights & Choices

You have full control over your data:

• Opt-out of Personalized Ads: You can reset or opt out of your Advertising ID via your device's Android/iOS settings.
• Delete Local Data: Clear generation history and cache at any time from within the app settings.
• Manage Subscriptions: Cancel or manage subscriptions anytime via your Google Play or Huawei AppGallery account settings.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect app updates and legal compliance. Changes will be posted here with an updated "Last Updated" date.
